Bonds hits #715
Barry Bonds passed Babe Ruth's record today by hitting his 715th career home run. That is an impressive achievment, but Bonds will never be mentioned with the same reverance that The Babe is. you see, Babe ruth didn't have to use performence enhancing drugs to hit 714 homers.

Never be the like Babe Ruth? Ruth did not compete with black and latinos. Yeah Barry is better player than that drunk and wife beater Ruth. Barry is black and proud and so am I!
Glad to hear that you're proud of who you are, but check the stats. babe may have been an alcholic and a wife beater, but he was still a better player.
If your sole reason for saying Bonds is better is because of the color of his skin, then why not say that Dante Culpepper is better QB then Fran Tarkinton.
Even if Dante is a better person, doesn't mean he's a better player.
Bonds is a better player because he plays against the best white, asian, latino and black baseball player in the world. Ruth played against an inferior white ball player. Bonds won more gold gloves than Ruth. Bonds stole more bases, hit more homeruns, has more walks, his OPS, and slugging is better than Ruth. Bonds is a better player. Bonds is the third greatest baseball player of all time. Ruth is 5th. Know your baseball before you crown your gran wizard.
SO because I think Ruth is a better ball player then Bonds, I am in some way assosiated to the KKK? If so, then I hope they don't find out that my favorite baseball player of all time was Kirby Pucket.
Maybe Bond's stats are better, but how many of those golden gloves and stolen bases were due to performance enhancing drugs? Maybe Ruth used some, but we don't know about it. We do know that Bonds does.
Well according to the book about Bonds he is allegedly starting using around 1999 which he has denied but for arguement sake let's say he did. Most of his gold gloves and stolen bases were before 1999 in which he had more stolen bases and gold gloves than Ruth against the World's best not just the American whites like Ruth. KKK? What are you talking about? Kirby was nice little baseball player but he is not in the top 50 of all time.
